You can get 20% off Red Funnel ferry travel if you book during June 2025 via the booking widget on this page. 

Red Funnel usually offer 10% off via our booking form, but they've temporarily doubled it. Hooray.

Is this the best offer around for cheap ferry travel to and from the Isle of Wight?

Yes, for some people but not everyone. Some exceptions to consider:

• If you are paying for accommodation at one of the big name holiday parks then you will almost certainly get a bigger discount from them. See these ferry pages from Away Resorts or Parkdean Resorts. Big hotel chain Warner Leisure also do a similar deal. We have a page all about ferry + accommodation bundles.
  
  
• Regular visitors can match the 20% off with a Red Funnel Travelcard. It doesn't expire but you have to top up £1000 in advance to get the best discount. It's worth considering if you travel regularly, but keep in mind that you could be earning interest on that money instead (£1000 could earn you about £40 a year with current interest rates).
  
  
• People with an Isle of Wight address may save money with Wightlink's Multilink deal. You pay a minimum of about £400 upfront for five return journeys. The snag is that there are a limited number of Multilink spaces on each ferry, so you need to book early or avoid peak times. Read the full Multilink guide.
  
  
• The 20% off deal doesn't apply if you are travelling as a foot passenger and are already getting a different discount. For example, it won't work if you are booking a Super Off Peak Day Return. In this instance, you'd be better just to turn up at the ferry and pay at the counter.
