Brambles Chine and Linstone Chine Self catering Properties on the Isle of Wight 2026
One of the cheapest accommodation options we've found for Isle of Wight holidays is renting a property at Linstone Chine Holiday Village. It incorporates Brambles Chine and Cliff End in the west of the Island, in Colwell - roughly near Freshwater.
The properties sleep two to six people, and many are privately owned and rented out. We've attempted to make a list of some of the different websites offering accommodation, with a rough idea of price.
You'll notice a massive variation in how modern they are. Some look like 'Instagram homes' with lots of modern furniture while others have more of an, er, 'vintage vibe'... These ones are ideal if you want an authentic recreation of your grandma's lounge.
At certain times of year, you can stay for a week for around £300, which is potentially around £7 per person per night. During high season some of the cheaper ones are only about £17 per person per night (based on six sharing).
